BALL-LOCK STAINLESS STEEL CABLE TIES (150 LBS.)

These SS Cable Ties superior quality stainless steel cable ties offer an exceptionally strong, highly reliable, metal cable tie solution ideal for bundling and securing a wide assortment of cable, wires, and assemblies even in the most extreme temperatures and severe environmental conditions. These zip ties are well suited for chemical and food processing equipment, hospital and paper mill equipment, and heat exchangers. The self-locking mechanism allows for quick and easy installation. To fasten, simply insert the tail into the buckle. The internal locking ball rolls freely as the stainless steel cable tie is tightened. These cable ties offer a tensile strength of 150 lbs and good corrosive resistance.

BALL-LOCK STAINLESS STEEL CABLE TIES (300 LBS.)

Ball-Lock type stainless steel cable ties are designed to secure cables, hoses, poles, pipes and more in harsh environmental conditions.  They have a self-locking ball bearing mechanism for quick installation with either a tensioning tool or by hand.

Stainless Steel Ball-Lock Cable Ties

When environmental issues are a concern, stainless steel cable ties are the perfect solution. With good corrosion resistance and an operating temperature range of -112°F (-80°C) to 1000°F (538°C), these stainless steel cable ties also offer excellent vibration resistance. These stainless steel cable ties are also self-locking which allows for a quick and easy installation. These steel cable ties are UL Recognized and offer good flame resistance.

Type 304 Stainless Steel cable ties: Type 304 is an all-purpose austenitic, low carbon18-8 chromium-nickel stainless steel. It has good corrosion resistance to weldability. Type 304 is the most widely used stainless steel. It is found in chemical and food processing equipment, hospital and paper mill equipment, heat exchangers, etc.

Type 316 Stainless Steel cable ties: Type 316 is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless and heat resisting steel with superior corrosion resistance. It is extensively used in marine atmospheres and environments where it is subjected to various chemicals, salts, acids, and high temperatures.
